The 1960's…

For some reason, a conversation overheard by a young man standing at the reception of an old hotel near the Yağ Mosque in Adana caught his attention. The speakers are two people from Van, the subject is the pouring of the milk into the stream after the fat is removed.

He doesn't even remember the answer he got, but judging by what he did, he got the answer he wanted. No one can hold him anymore. The blood in his veins began to flow faster.


Look at this job, it was accepted as a partner of the hotel in those days. It is also in those days when the other three partners put their monetary capital into the partnership, while only revealing their entrepreneurial spirit, causing disturbances up to gossip.

He has made his decision. He will go to Van to buy cheese. He packs his suitcase and sets off. Since there is no direct vehicle, it can only reach Van in fifteen days. When he arrives, he draws a wire to his hometown Kozan. We are talking about the 60s; “don't call, the wire is drawn”. He wants goatskin for pressing cheese. And help yourself… What they want will come. Long story...

He presses the cheese and comes. It sells in Ankara, Kayseri and Adana.
Now he got the job, and more importantly, he got the job. From Kozan, which has become almost a tradition from now on, close to harvesting before the summer comes, one or two trucks and enough employees go to Van every year, a dairy is established, milk is collected, cheese is made and sold in Ankara, Kayseri and Adana. His title on the tax card is "Mobile Dairy Farmer". It is not known whether it will be very ambitious, but he is perhaps the first person to make the dairy mobile and thus establish his own industry. Let's leave this matter with caution. In other words, let economic historians find out who started the "Mobile Dairy Farming" first and where it was started. Let's go about our business.

He is an exemplary person not only in these aspects but also in every way. It has adopted the principle of continuing its service with delicious and innovative products that leave a healthy, traditional palate without sacrificing hygiene and quality at all stages, from the milk used in the facilities to the production of the milk from the villages of Çukurova, and the arrival of the products to the table of the end consumer. All machinery and equipment used in the production phase carry hygienic conditions and our product shipments are provided by Özgöçerler refrigerated service vehicles.
